Populists : what challenge for Europe ?
“Populism” : this word is perhaps the most emblematic one of the contemporary political world. If this phenomenon is not new, it has unexpectedly been on the rise for a few years in Europe. Often excessively repeated and pejoratively connoted, its definition is still difficult to understand for many citizens. Is it negative to be populist ? How do we recognise a populist speech ?
