Le Conseil de l’Europe célèbre actuellement son 70ème anniversaire. 70 ans d’actions pour la défense de la démocratie, des droits de l’homme et de l’Etat de droit en Europe. Tous ne se joindront pas aux célébrations alors que le département jeunesse du Conseil de l’Europe est sous la menace de coupes budgétaires importantes.
